Redevelopment
Site enabling works at Casement Park commenced on Monday 26th January 2026. These works will involve site preparations to facilitate the redevelopment, followed by site clearance and the demolition of existing structures within the stadium’s boundary, including the old stand.
The current targeted timeline for works is between January and April 2026
The appointed contractor, Heron Brothers, will be working Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm and on Saturdays 8am-1pm with traffic entering and leaving the ground to facilitate this.

Feedback/ Complaints

Procedure
If a complaint is received, the details are recorded including: the time, date, identity and contact details of complainant and note if the complaint has been referred from the Council.
These details are then circulated to the project team and an investigation would take place into the nature of the complaint as a priority.
After an initial investigation, details of the outcome are passed to our community engagement partners to make contact with the complainant. This will allow them to either ascertain further information and to provide feedback on the complaint.
Should any problem be identified we will outline remedial actions to be taken. This will be undertaken with 48hrs of a complaint being made.
